Customer Success Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Agicap. As a key member of our Customer Success department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide regular feedback to the Product team to ensure our product meets the needs of our clients.
- Follow up on customer requests from our online chat and qualify and prioritize requests for efficient processing.
- Assist and train users on our product and ensure a smooth flow of information with the rest of the CS team.
- Participate in the improvement of our processes and organizations, and contribute to product improvement in collaboration with the Tech and Product teams.
Requirements:
- Native/Fluent English speaker - another language like French/Italian/Spanish or German is a plus.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Passion for consistently providing excellent customer experience.
- Previous success in customer relationship.
- CSM in a SaaS environment targeting SMBs is a bonus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong rigor and organization, ability to manage tightly, over time, a large quantity of information.
- Enthusiasm and team spirit.
