About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Agicap. As a key member of our Customer Success department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular feedback to the Product team to ensure our product meets the needs of our clients.
  • Follow up on customer requests from our online chat and qualify and prioritize requests for efficient processing.
  • Assist and train users on our product and ensure a smooth flow of information with the rest of the CS team.
  • Participate in the improvement of our processes and organizations, and contribute to product improvement in collaboration with the Tech and Product teams.

Requirements:

  • Native/Fluent English speaker - another language like French/Italian/Spanish or German is a plus.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset.
  • Passion for consistently providing excellent customer experience.
  • Previous success in customer relationship.
  • CSM in a SaaS environment targeting SMBs is a bonus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong rigor and organization, ability to manage tightly, over time, a large quantity of information.
  • Enthusiasm and team spirit.
