We are seeking a Commercial Development Specialist to join our team in Portugal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients or final users in a specific area.
Main Responsibilities:
- Evaluate market situations and customer needs, plan orders, resolve issues, achieve individual profitability and payment goals.
- Manage sales activities to ensure timely and effective implementation of objectives.
- Improve customer relations through continuous communication and collaboration with other departments.
- Negotiate with area accounts, collaborate with the Sales Manager, analyze sales statistics, optimize forecasts, and set objectives aligned with company trade policy.
- Implement marketing and commercial actions for assigned accounts.
- Address customer incidents and complaints in collaboration with Customer Service.
- Ensure timely deliveries to customers in collaboration with Customer Service and Logistics.
