Aralab, a pioneering environmental chambers manufacturer, has been partnering with renowned research institutions and multinational companies for 39 years.

We leverage cutting-edge engineering to provide our clients with the means to simulate diverse environments, from the extreme North Pole climate to scorching hot regions.

Our equipment serves various purposes, including assisting Formula 1 teams in delivering more reliable cars, contributing to cancer research, and addressing mass food production problems through crop science.

We are a team of 100 highly motivated individuals based in Sintra and seek a Commercial Development Associate to join our dynamic team.

Your Role
  • Create commercial proposals and maintain follow-up communications
  • Process invoices and related commercial documentation
  • Manage correspondence and general commercial documents
  • Record business transactions and handle proposal responses
  • Generate order confirmations and checklists for clients
  • Oversee international company emails
About You
  • Prior professional experience as a Sales Assistant or similar role
  • Strong time-management capabilities and ability to meet deadlines dependably
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Continuous improvement mindset with proactive identification of processes for improvement
  • Ability to work independently and supervise own work to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
