About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales or a related field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing commercial proposals and following up on them.
  • Filing invoices and related commercial documentation.
  • Managing correspondence and general commercial documents.
  • Recording business transactions and handling proposal responses.
  • Creating and sending order confirmations and checklists to clients.
  • Managing the general company emails.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Prior professional experience as a Sales Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong time-management capabilities and meet deadlines dependably.
  • Ability in problem-solving and great attention to detail.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, proactively identifying processes for improvement.
  • Team player with the ability to supervise own work to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance with set procedures.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
