Salary: Estimated salary range for this position in Belgium is €70,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:
This role involves driving top-line revenue growth by acquiring new commercial customers and developing strategies for account expansion. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services, and leveraging data insights to enhance retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and account expansion.
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention.
  • Cross-sell additional products and services to existing customers.
  • Leverage data insights to enhance retention strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of B2B sales or solution engineering experience, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Experience selling in the Belgian market and fluency in Dutch. French is a plus.
- Expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and renewals.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
- Ability to travel as necessary.
