The Role

As an Indie Campers Commercial Growth Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to drive regional performance in terms of gross margin, nights traveled, and revenue management. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, managing trading activities, and implementing plans to optimize commercial outcomes.

You'll join our Revenue UKI & Nordics team in our Lisbon office, working closely with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams, and reporting directly to the UKI & Nordics General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Planning: Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive regional performance, focusing on gross margin, nights traveled, and revenue.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
  • Trading Activities: Manage trading activities, including pricing, promotions, and inventory management, to optimize commercial outcomes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to regional gross margin, nights traveled, and revenue.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial planning, trading, or related roles dealing with Pricing, Demand Planning, Data Analyst, Stock Distribution, and Revenue.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in commercial planning and trading software and tools.
Estimated Salary:

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
