About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Content & Product Marketing Lead to spearhead the development and execution of our content strategy, product launches, and educational initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll drive business growth through compelling storytelling, product positioning, and customer advocacy.
Job Description
Leadership & Management
You will shape the strategic direction for our Content and Product Marketing roadmap, leading a team of 4 professionals. Foster a collaborative environment that empowers your team to innovate and execute effectively.
Product Narrative Development
Craft clear, persuasive messaging and product positioning that resonates with our target audience and highlights our unique value propositions. Develop compelling product narratives that emphasize our strengths and differentiate us from competitors.
Product Launches
Lead and coordinate all aspects of product launches, from planning to execution, ensuring compelling messaging and creative distribution. Develop strategies to generate buzz and excitement around new product releases.
Educational Content Creation
Create and distribute educational content that empowers our sales audience with high-value insights, especially on YouTube. Develop a content calendar that addresses the needs and interests of our target audience.
Sales Events
Organize must-attend sales events that bring together sales professionals, creating valuable learning and networking opportunities. Plan and execute engaging events that leave a lasting impression on attendees.
Customer Advocacy
Foster customer advocacy initiatives that showcase real-world impact, from case studies and testimonials to user-generated content. Develop strategies to encourage customer engagement and loyalty.
Influencer Collaboration
Identify and nurture relationships with relevant influencers to amplify our reach and credibility. Collaborate with influencers to develop co-branded content and campaigns that drive joint customer acquisition.
Social Media Engagement
Produce relatable, humorous, and WOW content that drives engagement and brand loyalty on social platforms. Ensure our voice is fresh, approachable, and memorable.
Co-Marketing Initiatives
Work with our tech partners to develop co-branded content and campaigns, amplifying shared value propositions to drive joint customer acquisition. Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial marketing initiatives.
Benefits
As a key member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
