Job DescriptionWe're seeking a seasoned Digital Growth Strategist for Enterprise Solutions to join our team. As a key member of our B2B marketing team, you'll develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies that drive qualified pipeline growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating valuable resources and programs that drive meaningful engagement with our sales and partnerships teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and scale multi-channel lead generation campaigns that drive qualified pipeline
- Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing and data-driven improvements
- Develop targeted media strategies and oversee digital advertising investments
- Create compelling webinar programs and content experiences that capture prospect interest
- Build sophisticated lead scoring frameworks to enhance sales qualification
- 6+ years of experience driving B2B marketing programs, with a focus on digital customer acquisition
- Track record of scaling lead generation channels and exceeding pipeline targets
- Deep expertise in marketing analytics and multi-touch attribution modeling
- Proven success optimizing conversion rates through data-driven experimentation
