• Developing and optimizing the growth playbook based on experimental insights
• Co-creating strategic growth initiatives with Senior Enrollment Strategists to maximize revenue and member enrollment
• Driving collaboration across teams to ensure alignment and accountability within the growth department
• Analyzing key growth KPIs to continuously refine strategies and optimize performance
