Salary:

We offer a highly competitive salary, estimated at around $110,000 annually for this position in Portugal, considering the fast-paced growth environment and exceptional benefits package.

**Job Description:**

The Strategy & Operations Associate will play a crucial role in supporting Sword Health's rapid expansion. You will work closely with the Growth Department leadership to drive revenue growth and enhance member experience by taking on high-impact strategic projects and operational initiatives.

This position will involve leading and assisting in special growth-related projects that influence key business areas across departments, ensuring smooth execution of growth strategies and campaigns with significant cross-functional and financial impact.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in key strategic growth projects, including performance analysis, data visualization, and strategic planning;
  • Supporting the growth organization in tactical campaigns designed to increase revenue and improve operational performance;
  • Developing, tracking, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth operations;
  • Planning and coordinating key growth meetings, ensuring effective communication and information flow between teams;
  • Driving the execution of growth strategies, including improving and standardizing processes for greater operational efficiency;

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or in a high-growth startup environment;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights;
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to structure and manage data for efficient decision-making;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve strategic goals;
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
