We are currently seeking an Aftersales Delivery and Performance Manager to join our team in Lisbon.
Responsibilities:
- Support and manage the NPI process for aftersales;
- Manage industrial flow to ensure efficient operations;
- Collaborate with customer order management teams;
- Analyze and display performance metrics, including risk mitigation and opportunity identification;
- Develop reports for internal stakeholders and customers;
- Ensure harmonized and efficient industrial flows.
Requirements:
- A degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent professional experience;
- Strong resilience and assertiveness skills;
- Effective team and communication skills;
- Business fluent English (German a plus);
- Experience with KPI design and reporting;
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Access;
- Familiarity with SAP.
