**About the Role**

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at GrabJobs. This key role will support various administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations across departments.

  • Provide back-office support, ensuring efficient operational processes within the organization.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and request processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound inquiries and requests in both English and German, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Support various teams by handling order processing, inventory management, and customer account updates.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective internal processes execution.

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (C2) and German (C1), both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in administration or a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
