About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team as an Event Manager. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordination services for a wide range of events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general organisational and administrative support, including event coordination and project management
  • Be the main point of contact for staff members and clients, ensuring smooth communication at all times
  • Coordinate and support the management of events, including content creation, online posting, and social media channels
  • Maintain and update all project files and project documents

Requirements:

  • A solid administration/event coordination background
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrator, Event Administration, or similar role
  • Proven experience of working in event or similar roles
  • Strong prioritisation and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and time management skills
