Customer Service Ambassador

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Phiture in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients and ensuring that their needs are met.
Job Description:
- Demonstrate ownership of user issues/concerns until resolution or escalation.
- Compose empathetic and customized messages when in contact with users.
- Receive telephone calls or chat from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning their insurance policy.
- Process requests via a transaction in our client policy administration system, and/or by writing and sending replies to letters/emails, information, contract documents, etc., to the insured.
- Investigate, identify, and escalate issues appropriately, by prioritizing urgent and sensitive matters.

- A competitive salary of €25,000 - €30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Full-time employment with indefinite contracts (negotiable depending on your experience and our client's needs).

Requirements:
- Highest level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2).
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users.
- Patient and empathetic when communicating and solving issues.
- Previous experience in Customer Service (preferably in the Hospitality industry).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player.
Eligibility: Only applicants who are legally authorized to work in Portugal will be considered for this position.
