B2B Sales and Marketing Specialist:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Account Manager to join our team at Blu Selection.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with small and medium-sized companies to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions via email and chat support.
2. Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new advertisers within medium and small-sized companies.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to support and extend self-services for clients.
4. Provide pre- and after-sales support for all self-services.
5. Analyze customer feedback and identify trends to improve our services.

Requirements:
You have a native level of Hebrew and fluent level of English (at least B2-C1).
You have a sales attitude or previous experience in sales.
You have very good communication skills.
You have an interest in the social media field – you are motivated, reliable, and committed in your work.
You have a drive for excellence and professionalism.
