We are looking for a highly skilled B2B Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for advising and consulting small and medium-sized businesses to grow their enterprises.

Job Description

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Acquiring new advertisers within medium and small-sized companies
  • Supporting and extending self-services for clients
  • Providing pre and after-sales support for all self-services
  • Offering assistance regarding tools, products, and strategies
  • Identifying trends and providing feedback from customers to engineering teams

You will need to have:

  • A native level of French and fluent English (at least B2-C1)
  • A sales attitude or previous experience in sales
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An interest in the social media field
  • Motivation, reliability, and commitment to work
  • A drive for excellence and professionalism
What We Offer
  • A long-, fixed term contract with a renewable period of one year
  • 30 days of probation before signing the contract
  • Rotating shifts with 5 days/week, 8 hours/day, Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 6 PM
  • Competitive salary conditions: €1040 gross/month including free accommodation or €1240 gross/month without accommodation
  • Tax benefits approximately 20-25%
  • Compensation during the training period if successful (15 days): 50% of your hourly wages (lower taxes)
  • Relocation support for international candidates: reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months, airport pick-up, yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)
  • Assistance with paperwork, opening a bank account, etc. upon arrival
