About the Role

As a Marketing Graduate Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of marketing plans for assigned brands in the local market. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure effective communication and alignment between subsidiary and brands, maximizing brand expression.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in Operational Marketing support roles and a Bachelor/Master in Business or similar degree finished within the last three years. Proficiency in English and Portuguese, intermediate level of Spanish is required.

This is an excellent opportunity for a marketer with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to develop their professional skills while experiencing different functions, teams, and brands within our Marketing department.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the marketing plans for assigned brands in the local market
  • Ensure correct communication and alignment between subsidiary and brands in order to maximize brand expression
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure business compliance with objectives
  • Support excellent 360 Brand strategy omnichannel implementation: communication, Trade & Promotional Plans, on/off Point of Sale temporary visibility according to global brand guidelines and strategy
  • Manage all aspects of promotional material production & distribution
