Job Description

As an HR Generalist at BySide, you will report directly to the Head of Talents & Culture in Portugal and play a key role in supporting and implementing human resources and organizational culture initiatives within the company. You will be involved in planning and executing new initiatives, contributing to the company's growth and success.

Main Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Participate in recruitment and selection processes, including receiving and analyzing CVs, scheduling interviews, conducting screenings and interviews, and managing relationships with external partners.">
  • Manage new employee onboarding processes, including preparing necessary documentation, materials, and handling all required official communications.">
  • Update databases associated with ongoing people management processes.">
  • Record and monitor workplace accidents and report them to relevant stakeholders when necessary.">
  • Administer employee life cycles, including vacation tracking, occupational health, and issuing requested declarations.">
  • Support projects related to compensation and benefits.">
  • Assist in identifying training needs and execute administrative processes associated with training.">
  • Conceptualize and organize internal events and activities to foster the company's culture.">
  • Document and manage HR-related processes.">

Key Requirements

  • ">
  • Degree in Human Resources, Management, Social Sciences, or a similar relevant field.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.">
  • At least 2 years of professional experience.">
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.">
  • Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English.">
  • Ability to adapt to change and a resilient mindset.">
  • Desire to develop own ideas and contribute to teamwork constructively.">
