Key Responsibilities:- Manage bookings, cancellations, and alterations via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries and requests related to reservations.
- Administer the reservations back-office, including ticket issuance and modification.
- Familiarity with the French and English languages.
- Passion for the travel and tourism industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer service or a related field.
- A stable job with opportunities for growth and development.
- A 12-month contract with paid training.
