About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Assistant to join our Central Offices in Maia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor public procurement platforms and submit tenders on behalf of the company.
- Oversee purchase orders, payment requests, and issue invoices and receipts as necessary.
- Provide administrative assistance, answer phone calls, and organize meetings and communications.
- Maintain accurate records and perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist, secretary, or administrative assistant.
- Fluent English skills (B2 level minimum).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourceful and proactive approach to work.
- Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Salary
The estimated salary for this position is around €25,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
