We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Michael Page. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our office.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity, with strong accounting knowledge and excellent communication skills in English. They will be able to multitask effectively, adapt quickly to changing needs, and provide general administrative support as required.

In this role, you will act as the main contact for clients and suppliers, handling communications with professionalism and efficiency. You will also support accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, and use digital platforms to streamline task management and information organization.

Key responsibilities include:
