Overview


Our client, a dynamic company in the consulting and advisory sector, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join their team.


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of corporate events and projects.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and other staff members.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and assist with decision-making.
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Coordinate with IT to address technical issues and ensure the functionality of office systems.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
  • Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage office budget and expenses, including processing invoices and managing petty cash.

Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Over 5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
