**Job Overview**

Natixis in Portugal is seeking an experienced Administrative Contract Specialist to join its team. This role will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts for internships, V.I.E, and apprenticeships.

**Responsibilities**

  • Manage the entire process of contract creation, including drafting, reviewing, and finalizing documents.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
  • Liaise with educational institutions to facilitate recruitment and program alignment.
  • Prepare reports on the status of youth work contracts.

**Requirements**

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • High ability to manage high-volume administrative issues.
  • Fluent French (mandatory) and good English language skills.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural/distributed team.

**Salary and Benefits**
