This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and experience in administrative roles, preferably in purchasing, procurement, or logistics. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing commercial proposals, collaborating in contract negotiations, and maintaining office space.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer and supplier service, record information, and manage archives. Additionally, they will oversee stationery and stock control, register and process suppliers' invoices, and execute market research to acquire new goods and services.
