We seek an accomplished IT Support Manager to join our team, who can leverage their expertise in IT Operations, Service Delivery, or Service Desk departments to drive business success. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of workplace environments and be able to develop effective solutions to complex technical challenges.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to our workplace environment, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
- Project Implementation: Assist the Project Manager in implementing technical activities related to workplace projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project requirements.
- Process Improvement: Analyze process inefficiencies and develop strategies to optimize our Target Operating Model, aligning it with the Group's standards.
- Security Enhancement: Develop and implement robust security protocols and procedures to safeguard our IT assets and prevent potential threats.
**Requirements**
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in IT Operations, Service Delivery, or Service Desk departments.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of workplace environment.

- Experience with MS 365 suite, Windows 11, Autopilot, MS Teams & SharePoint.
