About Our Client

Our client operates in the dynamic fashion retail sector, serving both B2B and B2C markets.

Their success stems from offering high-quality products globally.

To further enhance their operations, they seek a seasoned Financial Operations Manager.

Responsibilities
  1. Guarantee timely cash collections from clients.
  2. Track and address accounts receivable issues, including blocked clients and disputes.
  3. Negotiate payment terms and manage contentious cases.
  4. Supervise daily finance tasks, including payments, aging reports, and cash flow monitoring.
  5. Analyse invoices, identify discrepancies, and correct them.
  6. Manage commercial expenses and Eurocard processes.
  7. Analyse financial data for reporting purposes.
  8. Update master data in the ERP system.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree with experience in finance and administration.
  • Proficiency in ERP and Excel systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Organisational and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English for international interactions.
