About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our special projects team in the mobility sector. As a key member of our innovation, sustainability, and operations teams, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional project teams with senior project managers' support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement Project Management tools and frameworks to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
  • Develop and monitor project plans in collaboration with business areas, providing guidance throughout all stages.
  • Collect and analyze reported metrics and feedback from various departments.
  • Prepare regular financial and management documents, briefings, and updates for stakeholders.
  • Provide an aggregated view of the project portfolio, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Support management decisions by delivering final reports and presentations, backed by data insights.

Requirements:

  • An associate-level position with proven experience in similar roles, particularly in project management.
  • Outstanding academic performance with a Master's degree in Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to extract relevant data from various sources.
  • Knowledgeable in data analytics to drive strategic actions and proficient in building visualizations of complex data sets.
  • Ability to present clear, structured, and logical thinking insights to C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution, budgeting, and time management skills.
