The Senior Account Director will secure and retain business for PPD through professional, consultative, proactive sales activities directed at decision-makers and decision influencers at existing and new clinical sponsors.
The successful candidate will position PPD as a primary or preferred provider for all clinical development work to be outsourced. They will qualify deals and develop proposals, defining solutions and recommending pricing structures to meet strategic company goals.
The role involves orchestrating RFP strategy calls, developing client proposals, preparing client presentations, and negotiating and closing contracts.
