We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Content Reviewer to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our Trust & Safety department, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our online platform.
Responsibilities:
- Review content (videos, images, text, and audio) in accordance with policies and escalate violations using internal tools
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals
- Ensure user and brand safety
Please note that you may be exposed to some sensitive content while making the online platform safer for other users.
Key Qualifications:
- Fluent level of Hebrew and good English skills
- Customer service oriented, good communication skills, proactive, and team-player
- Up-to-date regarding social media trends
- Motivated and committed to work
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Team player willing to work with many nationalities
- Accuracy and quality in work
Benefits:
- Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year, permanent contract after 2 years
- Full-time employment (40h/week) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 17:00
- Salary: €1751 gross/month
- Opportunity to have accommodation paid directly from salary (€1465.51)
- Signing bonus €1500 plus loyalty bonus (paid after 6 months)
- Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 3 months
- Help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon arrival
