Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and approving or rejecting content submissions, monitoring user interactions, and taking action against violations. You will also collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure consistent moderation policies are in place.
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess a strong command of the Spanish language, ideally native or near-native level (C1-C2), as well as very good English language skills (B2). Additionally, you should have good MS Office skills, strong phone contact handling skills, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
You will be responsible for understanding client policies and guidelines, as well as collaborating with the team to achieve common goals. Your ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively will be crucial in this role.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive remuneration package, including 14 salaries per year, an extra bonus depending on performance appraisal, healthcare benefits, and numerous other discounts. We also offer relocation cost assistance for candidates outside Greece.
