Your Role
As a Payment Support Specialist, you will be the backbone of a friendly, competent customer experience team, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Your empathy, resourcefulness, and dedication will help solve issues and support small businesses in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Actively listen to customers' questions and concerns, providing accurate, effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.
• Offer clear, concise information about our products and services.
• Escalate and reroute complex matters to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package that includes:
• 1,247.96 EUR gross/month, including base salary, Christmas and Holiday bonuses, plus food allowance.
• Private health insurance, meal card, holiday bonuses, and more.
• A 40-hour workweek with a 1-hour lunch break and flexible scheduling options.

Location & Remote Work
You'll have the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere within continental Portugal, allowing for a great work-life balance and flexibility.
Additional Perks
