The Role: This role involves providing professional support to a General Manager and contributing to the Porto Leadership Team. Responsibilities include active diary management, logistics planning, arranging international travel bookings, and administrative tasks on Business As Usual (BAU) and ad-hoc initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Daily diary management and related logistics
  • Planning and coordinating international travel bookings
  • Providing administrative support on BAU and ad-hoc work initiatives
  • Managing a team of two and ensuring they provide excellent support to directors

This role requires:

  • Understanding business priorities and proactively anticipating needs
  • Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
  • Able to stay calm under pressure with a mature outlook
  • Well-organized with excellent communication skills
  • Experienced in handling confidential information and operating at pace in a dynamic environment

About You:

  • Previous experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant supporting senior management/Director or C-level
  • Experience working with confidential information
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to manage a team
  • Familiarity with Zoom and Slack is a plus
