Job Summary
We are seeking an Electrophysiology Field Clinical Specialist to provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, Lab Staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Farapulse system within an assigned geography.
Responsibilities
- Serves as primary resource for clinical support in case coverage, basic troubleshooting, system/software development.
- Educates customers and internal Boston Scientific employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of the Farapulse device through presentations and demonstrations using various formats and platforms.
- Attends cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of the Farapulse system and its components.
- Provides initial and continuous training and feedback for development team and sales representatives on Farapulse, development process, products, and features.
- Meets with existing and potential clients to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and discusses how company products can help achieve those goals.
- Develops relationships with hospital personnel to make new contacts in other departments and identifies key decision makers to facilitate future sales.
- Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions.
Requirements
We welcome newly graduated Biomedical students or professionals with experience in a similar role, preferably within the Electrophysiology area. The ideal candidate will have:
- Able to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical details.
- Fluent in local language (C1 minimum) and English (B2 or higher). Additional language skills are appreciated.
- Able to rapidly adapt to a dynamic marketplace.
- Strong team player, collaborative, ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally.
- Self-motivated and able to influence others.
- Flexible, adaptable but focused and persistent.
- Willing and able to travel extensively as required by workload.
Salary Information
The estimated salary range for this position is EUR 30,000 - 40,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
