Role Overview

Boston Scientific is seeking an experienced Electrophysiology Clinical Specialist Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will provide clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, lab staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Farapulse system.

About the Role

The Electrophysiology Field Clinical Specialist will work closely with our team to identify customer needs and goals related to patient care. You will develop relationships with hospital personnel to make new contacts in other departments within the hospital and identify key decision makers to facilitate future sales.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, lab staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Farapulse system.
  • Educate customers and internal Boston Scientific employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of the Farapulse device.
  • Attend cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of the Farapulse system and its components.
  • Develop relationships with hospital personnel to make new contacts in other departments within the hospital and identify key decision makers.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with a global team committed to making a difference in people's lives around the world.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role preferably within the Electrophysiology area.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical details.
  • Fluent in local language (C1 minimum) and English (B2 or higher).
