We are seeking an experienced and skilled Account Growth Strategist to join our team at Hexa People. As a critical member of our Customer Success Management team, you will play a key role in ensuring the long-term success of our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with existing and new customers to improve customer retention, increase adoption of our solutions, and identify expansion opportunities.

About the Role

As an Account Growth Strategist, your key objectives will be:

  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and aspirations.
  • To design and implement plans to drive customer adoption and growth, leveraging our solutions to meet their evolving needs.
  • To proactively identify and escalate potential issues that could impact customer satisfaction, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve these issues.

You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trust and credibility with customers at all levels. If you have a proven track record of driving customer growth and are passionate about delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $95,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Customer Success Management, Technical Account Management, or Technical Support in a software company.
  • A solid working knowledge of application security and software development lifecycle methodologies.
  • The ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
