Job DescriptionWe are seeking an exceptional Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will provide primary support by dealing with support requests from customers worldwide.
You will be responsible for continuous improvement of support procedures, tools, and runtime environment, ensuring seamless interaction with internal Product teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
Log and track issues to keep customers informed of progress, utilizing your excellent time management, organization, prioritization, attention to detail, teamwork, initiative, self-motivation, and creativity skills.
Key Requirements:
- More than 2 years of experience in application support
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Time management, organization, and prioritization
- Attention to detail – thorough in work carried out
- Teamwork – working together to meet deadlines
- Initiative – seeking continuous improvement and implementing best practice in technology environment
- Self-motivated and creative in all aspects of your work
