The Role
We are seeking a dynamic individual who can drive business growth and expansion across various initiatives. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing strategic plans, and executing projects with urgency and intensity to deliver measurable outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
• Own your projects and drive results across various initiatives, taking ownership of progressively larger opportunities.
• Set ambitious yet achievable goals, develop strategic plans to reach them, and execute with urgency and intensity to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Take ownership of assigned projects or tasks from inception to completion, including defining clear objectives, plans, and deliverables.
• Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or obstacles and develop mitigation strategies.
• Drive accountability by ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Act as a champion for our results-driven culture within the team and organization.
• Build, coach, and empower A+ teams to reach their potential and provide 5-star experiences to our users and partners.
• Engage in project-based assignments with clear objectives across different geographies.
• Deep dive into value creation, process improvement, and organizational growth.
• Think outside the box, brainstorm, and strategize to challenge the status quo and aim at accelerating our momentum and efficient scaling.
