The Role

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist in the People Division, you will work in our Field Operations roles playing a pivotal role in defining and executing our recruitment strategy, ensuring we attract and retain the right talent to drive our company's success. Reporting directly to the People Executive, you will work closely with various teams to understand their hiring needs and ensure we close positions with quality and speed.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring new employees.
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Ensure collaboration with key stakeholders to be profoundly aligned with business needs.
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
* Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Utilize various recruitment tools, platforms, AI, and automation to source and attract candidates.
* Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
* Disseminate recruitment practices across the organization.
* Design all processes with consideration for our Core Values 'Work Hard with Integrity,' and 'Frugal'; and Operating Principles 'Operate with High Standards'.
* Embrace the operating principle to 'Operate with High Standards' to ensure high-quality outcomes.
* Be a doer, actively driving and implementing recruitment initiatives.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
* Experience with ATS, Greenhouse is a big plus.
* Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and collaborate with teams.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
* Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion.
* Fluency in English is mandatory.
