Phiture is looking for an experienced Sales Professional to spearhead the growth of our wind energy business. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy;
- Negotiate and close deals that meet customer requirements;
- Ensure timely submission of proposals and pitches aligned with our sales approach;
- Conduct market analysis and adjust sales tactics accordingly;
- Develop tailored presentations and reports to engage with customers effectively;
- Provide proactive support to ensure seamless project execution;
- Represent Phiture at industry events to foster connections with key partners;
- Maintain regular communication with customers to grasp their needs and challenges;
- Address technical and commercial questions from clients;
- Acquire insights on competitors' strategies, wind energy support systems, and customers' global operations.
Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Business or Electrical/Electrotechnical Engineering and at least five years of experience in the wind energy sector. Expertise in MS Office and SAP is vital, along with fluency in English. Knowledge of German is an asset.
