About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist Intake Specialist, you will play a critical role in our team, working closely with patients and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive onboarding video and audio consultations with patients to ensure a smooth transition to their treatment plan
• Address high-level questions and concerns, setting the foundation for long-lasting behavioral change
• Process patient information to create a comprehensive brief for the treatment physical therapist
• Develop handoff notes for the treatment physical therapist to ensure seamless continuity of care
• Provide support and address additional questions from the treatment physical therapist as needed

Requirements:
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• Fluent in Spanish
• Licensed physical therapist
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in treating musculoskeletal disorders
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage patients
• Ability to think creatively and adapt to a hands-off approach
• Hard-working and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working on a flexible schedule, with hours fluctuating between 10-20 hours per week
