We're looking for a talented individual to fill the position of Customer Support Specialist in our Lisbon office. As a key member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to global clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
  • Identifying and resolving issues efficiently
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through regular feedback and follow-up
  • Recording customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Providing additional support as needed

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A native level of Dutch and at least a B1 level of English
  • Knowledge of the value and impact of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to quality
  • A passion for working in a multicultural environment
  • Availability to relocate to Lisbon for this international opportunity
