We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a multinational organization, providing exceptional customer service and support to customers.

You will be responsible for providing ad-hoc support to customers via email and phone, responding to their queries and resolving issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing excellent customer service and support.

  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A native level of French and at least a B1 level of English.
  • Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
