Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including email, webform, and telephone.
Your primary objective will be to ensure client satisfaction by resolving queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. You will also have the opportunity to engage with customers, approach their questions and doubts, and create opportunities for them to interact with our brand.
You will manage customer queries about hotel availabilities, amenities, and facilities/location, as well as access customer accounts, payments, and answer any queries regarding the loyalty program.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in French
- Fluency in English – B2 level (mandatory)
- Experience working in a customer support related role in different channels (email, webform and telephone)
- Familiarity with Social Media
- Experience with LiveChat and Instant Messaging services (preferential)
- Able to accomplish GDPR compliance policies
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and listening skills
- Able to solve customer problems
- Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt continuously
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Experience in servicing hotel/hospitality/travel/tourism and/or luxury industries (preferential)
