About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position for a Customer Support Team Manager based in Portugal.
We are looking for an experienced professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of customer support advisors to deliver high-quality service to our clients.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Coaching and Development: Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance, and facilitate personal and professional growth.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve complex customer complaints and issues, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including clients and sales teams.
