Job Description

We estimate the salary for this position to be around €60,000 per year, taking into account the location in W Algarve, Portugal. This role requires a 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, as well as 4 years of experience in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a proven track record of sales success, and the ability to analyze market information to achieve financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement aggressive solicitation programs to increase business
  • Work with management teams to create and execute sales plans addressing revenue, customers, and markets
  • Provide positive and aggressive leadership to ensure maximum revenue potential
  • Recommend sales goals for sales team members
  • Analyze market information to implement strategies and achieve property financial goals
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by displaying leadership in guest hospitality and exemplifying customer service standards
