About the Role

As a Sales Representative at Concentrix, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth and expansion. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that performance goals are met across all operations, while also fulfilling client expectations related to operational excellence. This includes achieving high targets regarding quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvement.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

Executing daily outbound phone calls/emails to contact decision-makers and build quick reports

Explaining products/solutions and value propositions to businesses of different verticals and sizes

Executing outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating client's products

Developing and leading outbound campaigns from idea generation through to initial pitch, pipeline qualification to deal closure

Facilitating sales transactions by advising customers on suitable products that best meet their needs and encouraging purchases

Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the product to provide suitable recommendations to customers as needed

Addressing customer concerns and inquiries as well as resolving customer complaints

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

A high level of Italian and fluency in English

At least 1 year of experience in the sales industry (mandatory)

At least 6 months of experience in cold calling for sales

Knowledge of CRM system

Be outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with a great phone manner
