About the Job
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist for Microsoft Cloud Solutions who will support deliveries and work with customers to resolve technical customer issues on the Partner Center Platform.
In this role, you will be responsible for determining technical support pain areas while working with customers, providing feedback and details to Technical Advisors and PG teams, achieving CPE team goals, and maintaining technical skills through completion of ongoing readiness and Platform training.
About You
You will be a native Spanish speaker with fluency in English, previous interaction with M365 technology (SPO, EXO) required, basic Active Directory troubleshooting skills (users, mailboxes) required, knowledge of Basic API and Networking required, and understanding of Basic programming (Python, C#) is a plus.
