Main Responsibilities
As an Asset Management Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Managing supervision and cost management teams to ensure efficient project execution.
- Coordinating construction contracts, timelines, and budgets to meet quality and compliance standards.
- Developing acquisition strategies for engineering and construction services.
- Evaluating and selecting suppliers and contractors based on their suitability and expertise.
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and warranties to maintain property value.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and quality standards throughout projects.
- Monitoring project progress and preparing detailed reports.
- Identifying and mitigating risks in construction projects.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (preferable).
- 3-5 years' experience in the real estate sector, with a focus on supervision and project management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Autonomous, initiative-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on results-oriented culture.
- Excellent analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and PowerBI (a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
