Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager at Tinybuild, you will be responsible for leading negotiations and closing deals with gaming platforms such as Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, and others. You will negotiate agreements with game developers, defining terms for collaboration and long-term partnerships. You will build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with gaming platforms, studios, and other companies in the industry. You will prepare and finalize licensing and distribution agreements in collaboration with legal teams. You will actively seek new partners for collaborations, marketing activities, and promotional opportunities. You will monitor industry trends, identifying new opportunities for business growth and market expansion. You will develop and maintain a solid understanding of the gaming industry and platforms, staying updated on market trends and changes.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development or a related field within the video gaming industry. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; other languages are a plus. Experience working with gaming platforms (Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, etc). Strong negotiation skills at all levels of business, with an understanding of deal-making processes. In-depth knowledge of the video game industry, trends, and the ecosystem of platforms and developers. Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships.
