Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Rewards Manager to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and rewards strategies that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compensation and rewards strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage the administration of compensation and rewards programs, including salaries, bonuses, and other perks.
  • Analyze market trends in compensation and rewards to propose actions to maintain a competitive position.
  • Communicate with employees regarding compensation and rewards and answer questions.
  • Maintain accurate data in compensation and rewards systems and ensure compliance with Spanish and Portuguese legislation.

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent education in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in compensation and rewards management or a related field.
  • Experience in labor legislation.
  • Finance experience is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of SAP HR or SF.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Native Portuguese language skills.
